Rocket Agency (ABN 311 159 886 638) complies with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the guidance of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).

1. Consent

We send commercial electronic messages only to people who have given express consent, for example by ticking the consent box on our free eBook form, or where consent can reasonably be inferred from an existing relationship. We keep a record of when and how consent was given.

2. Identification

Every message identifies the sender:
Rocket Agency, trading as Rocket Print Lab, Level 1/137 Devonshire St, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia.

3. Unsubscribe

Every marketing email contains a functional unsubscribe link. We action unsubscribe requests within 5 business days (the legal maximum). You can also email hello@rocketprintlab.com to opt out.

4. Address harvesting

We do not use address-harvesting software or buy, sell or rent email lists.

5. Complaints

If you believe you have received a message from us in breach of the Spam Act, please contact us. You can also report spam to ACMA at www.acma.gov.au.
